Snowman Template – Practice fine motor skills

Children create their own snowman using a simple black-and-white template. They begin by colouring the snowman, then carefully cut out the different parts before gluing them together. To add texture, kids tear cotton balls into smaller pieces and paste them onto the snowman’s face and body for a fluffy, snowy effect. They can also snap small twigs into shorter pieces to make the snowman’s arms.

This hands-on activity strengthens fine motor skills such as cutting, tearing, colouring and pasting, while encouraging creativity and sensory play. A wonderful, kid-friendly craft for the classroom or at home!
