PRETTYGRAFIK LICENSE AND RULES:
By purchasing any digital products made by Prettygrafik, you are agreeing to the terms listed below.
1- NON-PROFIT/PERSONAL USAGE: You can use our graphics on any personal project as long as NO dough, moola, dinero or MONEY is made.
2- COMMERCIAL USAGE: If you wish to use our graphics to create a commercial product to SELL, you can purchase with the option A or B below:
A- COMMERCIAL CREDIT REQUIRED:
With any purchase of a Prettygrafik product you must link back to our store etsy.com/shop/Prettygrafikdesign, this link should be placed on the same page as the product that is being sold or displayed.
WHAT SHOULD YOU WRITE SPECIFICALLY?
i.e graphics by Prettygrafik design or, © Prettygrafik.com, pattern by Prettygrafik design or clipart by Prettygrafik design or some images by Prettygrafik design, whatever you feel comfortable with as long as it has a clickable link back to my shop.
B- COMMERCIAL NO CREDIT REQUIRED:
Simply if you want to buy our graphics but are unable, or simply do not wish to put our name or link anywhere then you have to purchase an extra license that gives you the right to use our products but not shout out to the world that you use our products.There is an extra fee for this license ($20 USD for each individual SET).
****The NO CREDIT license is NOT a mass production license, it allows for up to a maximum of 1000 items each, for quantities exceeding 1000 items you need a MASS PRODUCTION license, please contact me.*****
WHAT ARE YOU ALLOWED AND NOT ALLOWED TO DO:
DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS: You can use all our graphics for your personal projects.
You CANNOT sell our cliparts or papers in a commercial Scrapbook kit even it is altered, as this would be in direct competition to my shop, thanks!
EMBROIDERY DIGITIZERS: You can use our products personally or commercially as long as the file is sold in a pattern format and not as is, so the client does it themselves.
DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNERS: You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use.You must add enough of your own design elements to make a new design (changing the color does not count) this includes any type of digital file whether printable or not. File must be personalized for your customer and sold as a flattened JPEG or PDF files. You cannot sell our graphics as blank templates that can be personalized or customized by your client. This includes but is not limited to; printables, blanks, invitations, cards, stickers, labels,etc... .All digital products must be personalized by you and sent to a specific customer as PDF or Jpeg format. No digital products for others to customize are allowed.
PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS: You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use. You can print pretty much anything you can think of but it must not exceed 1000 items/products, for more than 1000 items/products you must contact us for a MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE. You can also create PRINTED products at Zazzle, Cafe Press, Etsy or in your own store.
LOGO AND WEB DESIGNERS: You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use, to create logo and web designs to sell. For logo design use the cliparts as part of the design not as is. You may not sell graphics as a LOGO unless they are considerably altered. For Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, store fronts please make sure the files are flattened at 72 dpi and cannot be extracted.
TEACHERS, EDUCATORS: You can use our products personally or commercially (TPT). You must credit Prettygrafik with a clickable link inside your PDF document or wherever you display or sell the file. You cannot share graphics for free.
***IMPORTANT: if you do not purchase the no credit license and buy our products as is personally or commercially then you should be linking back to our store in your listing, blog, website or somehow putting our name on your printed products.***
NOT ALLOWED:
*Third party sale or wholesale.
*You cannot sell our graphics as is and claim as your own. All copyrights remain with Prettygrafik design.
* MASS PRODUCTION
* You cannot sell our designs as is or altered as a clipart, or digital paper pack or scrapbook kit.
* You cannot share our graphics for free even if it is personal use.
* You cannot use our graphics to create products and sell on a competitor website. For example do not create scrapbooking kits, templates, clipart packs or paper packs and sell on a digital download boutique/store who is a direct competitor of Prettygrafik design.
Prettygrafik design reserves the right to modify the policy at anytime without prior notice. All Prettygrafik products are copyright PrettyGrafikdesign and cannot be claimed as your own.
